Speak with presence and power in front of any group

Imagine standing in front of your audience, feeling absolutely at ease and enjoying their rapt attention.

Do you suffer from stage fright or simply want to speak with more authenticity and impact? You can master the ability to fully engage your listeners by tapping into your natural capacity for Relational Presence.

Relational Presence is the state of receptivity to another without agenda or effort. It means that you are inviting connection rather than trying to connect. This way of speaking to a group calls for truly being and speaking with one person at a time.

Developing this capacity at a Speaking Circle is like building a muscle at the gym. It is a potent exercise that rapidly dissolves speaking anxiety and allows you to reach hearts, minds and souls from a natural place of ease and power.

Speaking Circles® programs transform the way people communicate by focusing on the essential first step missing in conventional communication trainings — the connection between speaker and listeners. Our relationship-based approach provides a supportive listening environment where you explore and discover how to express yourself confidently and naturally in your own unique style, without performance techniques.

Then, intermediate and advanced programs teach practical applications of speaking presence, such as how to develop a compelling talk and facilitate transformational workshops. These trainings guide you in experiential understanding of how to inform, influence, and inspire others.
